If you don’t like spending too much time in the kitchen making your breakfast while hurrying to work, this recipe will be your favorite. Healthy, gluten free pancake with only two ingredients within some minutes.
– 1 banana
– 2 eggs
Chop the banana into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
Crack two whole eggs and add them to the banana. Mix it until it has a flowing texture.
Heat up a frying pan. Use some oil if necessary and pour one scoop of the banana mixture into the pan.
Cook both sides for a couple of minutes on low heat.
Once you’re ready with all the pancakes, pile them up on a plate and serve it hot. Flavour it with honey or maple syrup.
